Our staff are experienced and skilled and have plenty of both lived and local knowledge, they are very experienced at engaging with and supporting young people with a range of complex needs.  There is always a high staff ratio which enables young people to get the support and coaching they need to help them through.  We also have a number of volunteers who add huge benefit to the project, supporting young people, fundraising and helping with premises issues.
